Ochre Strokes is a proud First Nations–led creative agency delivering culturally grounded campaigns, storytelling and creative services across government, community and purpose-driven sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across our growing portfolio of national campaigns and creative projects.

n

About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- End-to-end project planning, delivery and reporting
n
- Managing timelines, budgets and scope
n
- Coordinating workflow across:n n
- Graphic Design
n
- Social Media & Paid Campaign Specialists
n
- Animators
n
- Illustrators
n
- First Nations Creative Artists
n

n
- Managing the Project Coordinator
n
- Acting as primary client contact
n
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
n

n

About You

n

You bring:





n

n
- Proven project management experience (agency or campaign workplace preferred)
n
- Strong people and workflow management skills
n
- Experience managing multiple creative streams
n
- Confidence in client communication and reporting
n
- High organisation, calm leadership and accountability
n
- Respect for First Nations cultures and cultural protocols
n
