System Engineer Tech Simplification Infrastructure Modernise factory

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Demonstrable experience with using and deploying Terraform
n
- Developing new tools and cloud (AWS / Azure) services to be integrated across the bank
n
- Solid experience working in a build and execution capacity
n
- Midrange and Cloud infrastructure design and operations
n
- Ability to influence senior leaders such as EM/GM level regarding the technology roadmap for Network technologies
n
- Driving automation through understanding processes and implementing improvements
n
- Strong presentation, verbal communication, and written communications skills
n
- Presenting your work to peers in your immediate team and to engineers, scientists, and managers across the broader Systems Engineering community
n
- Hands-on experience of programming in languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar
n
- Hands-on experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure via code
n




- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices with specific focus on source control, CI/CD, automated testing, logging and monitoring
n

Qualifications

- Experience with Terraform and cloud services (AWS / Azure)

- Cloud infrastructure design and operations experience
n
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
n
- Programming experience in contemporary languages
n
- Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
n
