A leading financial technology and services organization is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive with deep expertise in Transaction Banking to lead strategic growth initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a solid background hunting new opportunities in institutional banking and a well-established network of senior decision-makers.

- Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across corporates, financial institutions, and government-linked entities.
n
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Business Heads), delivering tailored transaction banking solutions.
n
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform solution development and go-to-market strategies.
n
- Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in cash management, trade finance, supply chain finance, corporate lending, and digital payments.
n
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across Relationship Management, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to deliver integrated client solutions.
n
- Revenue Generation: Lead initiatives in thought leadership and pipeline development to drive consistent revenue growth.
n
- Industry Representation: Represent the organization at key industry events and forums, positioning it as a thought leader in transaction banking.
n
- 10+ years of experience in business development roles within transaction banking.
n
- Strong institutional banking network with experience generating new clients in the BFSI sector
n




- Proven ability to deliver bespoke solutions to large corporates and institutional clients.
n
- Established network of C-level contacts across Singapore and the broader APAC region.
n
- Expertise in digital banking, trade finance, and cash management ecosystems.
n
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Commercially driven with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualifications preferred.
n
