We're opening a brand-new restaurant and bar at Sydney Theatre Company, and we're looking for experienced Section Waiters to be part of this exciting launch.

With sweeping views of Sydney Harbour and the buzz of the arts scene all around you, this is more than just another waitering role â it's a chance to work in one of the city's most exciting new venues, delivering premium service in a vibrant and inspiring setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Owning your section and delivering warm, attentive, and professional service
n
- Creating memorable experiences for pre-theatre diners, locals, and special occasion guests
n
- Working closely with the bar and kitchen to keep service flowing smoothly
n
- Bringing energy, detail, and personality to the floor every shift
n
- Being part of a team that values collaboration, respect, and great hospitality

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a section waiter or quality front-of-house role
n
- A genuine passion for service and hospitality
n
- Confidence, great communication skills, and attention to detail
n




- A team player attitude and ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
