HammondCare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Home Care Clinical Care & Practice team. You will assess needs, set goals, deliver treatments and support older adults to stay active at home while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

You will work across home-based, community and Seniors Living settings, maintaining high standards under AHPRA regulations and HammondCare values. Hybrid work arrangements are available and travel between client homes is expected.
