Responsibilities

- Enhance and support Qantas Loyalty's Go‐To‐Market approach, commercial partnership pitches and negotiations.
n
- Drive commercial performance of new and existing partnerships.
n
- Strategically manage and execute all commercial agreements, ensuring sustained performance and commercial integrity.
n
- Challenge current deal structures, provide commercial thought leadership and develop new deal constructs for dynamic loyalty landscape.
n
- Collaborate with the Tribe and Squad leadership team on business performance, initiative prioritisation, strategic objectives and OKRs.
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- 10+ years' experience in complex corporate environments with exposure to strategy formulation and execution, financial accounting and/or economics and significant experience supporting business performance.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in a business‐related discipline.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to effectively engage at executive levels.
n
- A strong understanding of customer loyalty and program economics.
n
- Strategic thinking skills with strong commercial and financial acumen.
n
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under pressure.
n
- Experience leading multi‐disciplinary teams.
n
