Job Description

Our team at #AAA is growing, and we would love to welcome an Occupational Therapist in the Campbelltown and South Western Sydney area. Full time or part time roles available.
n
In this role you will:
n
n
- Complete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community environments.
n
- Set meaningful, person-centred goals informed by real life routines and support needs.
n
- Provide recommendations for environmental modifications across home, school and work settings.
n
- Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence.
n
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.
n
n

Qualifications
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
n
- Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.
n
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
n
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
n
n
