Job Descriptionn

In this role, you will:

n

n
- Lead the end-to-end management of employee relations and industrial matters across APAC
n

nn
- Act as the main point of contact for disputes, grievances, and Fair Work or tribunal matters
n

nn
- Conduct robust investigations and provide strategic, risk-based advice to stakeholders
n

nn
- Manage sensitive termination processes and employee complaints to mitigate business risk
n

nn
- Provide expert guidance on workplace conduct, policies, and compliance obligations
n

nn
- Deliver training and uplift capability across the HR and payroll functions
n

nn
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, WHS, Payroll and Legal to ensure best practice
n

Qualificationsn





You'll thrive in this role if you have:

n

n
- Strong experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing ER disputes
n

nn
- A solid understanding of the Australian IR/ER landscape and Fair Work legislation
n

nn
- The ability to navigate union environments and employee representative engagement
n

nn
- Excellent judgement, discretion, and communication skills under pressure
n

nn
- A proactive, calm and organised approach to complex casework
n

nn
- A customer-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to continuous improvement
n
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR or ER function
n
- High emotional intelligence and confidence managing sensitive issues
n
- A sharp eye for detail, strong MS Office skills, and a practical understanding of legislation
n
- (Desirable) Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Law or a related field
n
