Relationship Manager – Corporate Lending

We are currently working with a foreign bank with an expanding presence in Sydney to recruit a Relationship Manager to support the build‐out of its local corporate lending franchise.

n

This role will focus on originating and managing large commercial and corporate lending relationships across a diversified client base, working closely with internal credit, risk and product partners.

The Role

- Originate new corporate and commercial lending opportunities in the Sydney market
n
- Build and grow a portfolio of diversified corporate clients
n
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, delivering high‐quality ongoing coverage
n
- Structure and negotiate complex lending transactions in conjunction with credit and risk teams
n
- Leverage local market knowledge and networks to support sustainable portfolio growth
n

About You

n





This role will suit an experienced relationship manager who understands both origination and client coverage in the Australian corporate banking market.

- Experience in corporate or commercial banking, ideally within a bank operating in Australia
n
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney corporate lending market
n
- An established network of corporate clients, intermediaries or professional advisers
n
- Solid understanding of credit structuring and risk assessment
n
- A commercial, relationship‐driven approach with strong communication skills
n
