Are you a Physiotherapist looking for more than just a treatment room and a patient list?

At BridgePoint Allied Care, we partner directly with medical centres to deliver integrated allied health services alongside General Practitioners. We are seeking a motivated and confident Physiotherapist to join our growing Canberra team across our established clinics in Toongabbie, NSW (2146); Pendle Hill, NSW (2145); and Merrylands, NSW (2160).

BridgePoint Allied Care operates allied health clinics within medical centres across NSW and the ACT. Our model is built around collaboration with GPs, providing accessible and evidence-based physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and dietetic services to patients within primary healthcare settings.

Unlike traditional private practices, our clinicians work directly alongside doctors and become an integral part of the patient's healthcare team. This allows for greater collaboration, improved patient outcomes, and a steady stream of referrals from trusted healthcare professionals.

The Opportunity

n

We are looking for a Physiotherapist to work across our Toongabbie, Pendle Hill and Merrylands clinics, managing a diverse caseload including:

n

- Chronic pain conditions
n
- Osteoarthritis and age-related conditions
n
- WorkCover and CTP injuries
n
- Medicare Chronic Disease Management patients
n
- Post-operative rehabilitation
n
- Balance, mobility and functional rehabilitation
n

n

This position would suit a clinician who enjoys variety, working independently, and becoming a trusted healthcare provider within a medical centre environment.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Assessing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal and chronic health conditions
n
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs
n
- Utilising manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education as your treatment for most if not all presentations.
n
- Building professional relationships with GPs and practice staff
n
- Preparing concise and professional clinical reports to referring doctors
n
- Promoting long-term self-management and preventative healthcare
n
- Contributing to the growth and development of physiotherapy services within the clinics
n

What We're Looking For

n

We are seeking a clinician who is confident, personable, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
- SIRA WorkCover and CTP accreditation
n
- Minimum 2 years' Australian clinical experience
n
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
n
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
n
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
n
- Ability to build rapport with patients, GPs, and practice staff
n

Highly Valued

- Experience working within primary care or medical centre environments
n
- Interest in chronic disease management and long-term patient care
n
- Experience managing WorkCover, CTP and Medicare patients
n
- Desire to contribute to clinic growth and referral development

Remuneration

n

Part time: $45-$50 per hour inclusive of superannuation
