An exciting opportunity exists within our Complex Liabilities Insurance and Regulation team for a Legal Executive Assistant. This role will support our Claims, Medical Malpractice and General Insurance teams.

- Comprehensive email and diary management, including coordinating and scheduling meetings.
n
- Liaising with clients, barristers, and internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Preparing court books and briefs in accordance with procedural requirements.
n
- Drafting and preparing court documents for filing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
n
- Filing court documents with the relevant courts in a timely and efficient manner.
n
- Drafting correspondence and document production, including amendments using established precedents.
n
- Maintaining and updating databases using Elite software.
n
- Managing high-volume files, including file opening, closing, and electronic filing.
n
- Performing general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and conducting searches as required.
n
- Coordinating and preparing monthly billing,
client reporting, and general accounting responsibilities.

What You Need
n

- At least 2+ years' legal secretarial experience (litigation and personal injury experience favourable).
n
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
n
- Resilience and a commitment to excellence.
n
- Self‐motivated and an ability to work in a highly cooperative team environment.

- Strong understanding of MS Office applications.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.

- Team orientated and committed to building rapport with other practice group team members.
