About the role

As a casual Team Member you're the face of the venue. You'll run the kiosk, look after guests across our golf simulators and mini putt, pour drinks and serve food, take bookings, and keep the place running smoothly and looking sharp. Shifts are spread across daytime, evenings and weekends, so genuine availability across the week is a big plus.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming guests and getting them set up on the simulators
- Serving food and beverages, including responsible service of alcohol
- Handling bookings, payments and general kiosk operations
- Keeping the venue clean, tidy and presentable
- Delivering the kind of service that makes people want to come back

About you

- A warm, energetic personality and a real passion for customer service
- Reliability and a strong work ethic — you show up and get stuck in
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Availability across weekdays,



nights and weekends
- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Hospitality, retail or venue experience is well regarded but not essential — attitude matters most
- An interest in golf or sport is a bonus
