About the role

- TWL is looking to hire up to 20 casual workers to join our team to us in the warehouse for pick and pack roles.
- We're looking for someone who thrives on fast paced environment, loves working as part of a team and has a keen eye for detail.
- You'll be a great fit for our team if you are hard working, have good communication skills and enthusiastic about providing the best experience for our customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Join our warehouse pick and pack team to help fulfil our ecommerce orders
- Accurately pick orders from aisles and shelves in warehouse
- Labelling, bagging and shipping our customers orders
- Assist with lifting and manual handling as required
- Help perform stocktake on incoming items and items as required
- Work as part of the team to provide world class customer experience (correct items in order and on time)
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised
- Option for shift work in peak seasons (Mid Year Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day Sales etc)

Reporting This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team Lead

Timing:

This role will commence in mid/late October,



early November.

Important Note:

This is required to work across the end of year period (Nov/Dec/Early Jan).

Preference will be given to those who can also work or have a flexible schedule around long weekends or public holidays.

Ideal candidate will join our team to work through to end of the year, across our big Black Friday/Cyber Monday and key sale periods.

If you are going away on a long holiday over Xmas/New Year - need not apply. We need workers to help us in our peak trade period.

Skills and experience

- You are fixated on providing the best possible experience for the customer
- You're able to make decisions and solve problems even when there may not be explicit guidelines on how to do so
- You are able to communicate effectively and willing to put your hand up when there is a problem you can't easily solve
- You welcome learning and can accept direction from team leaders
- You're curious and love diving deep into new products, brands and systems to learn them inside and out
- You thrive on working in a fast paced work environment
- You are interested in how ecommerce businesses operate and have a passion for disrupting retail
- Previous work experience in warehouse, logistics or retail is a plus
