- $115,000 salary in addition to $10,000 in bonus incentives.

Essential requirements:
- 2 years experience as a Centre Director
- Leadership experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Accredited Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills to develop valuable relationships with children, families and staff
- Creative, creative, positive and motivated
- Excellent personality with a professional manner and appearance
- Enjoy being part of a positive goal oriented team
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood, equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
