- Full time position available at our Holden Hill Centre.
- $115,000 + salary in addition to $10,000 in bonus incentives.

Essential requirements:

- 2 years + experience as a Centre Director
- Leadership experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Accredited Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills to develop good relationships with children, families and staff
- Innovative, creative, positive and motivated
- Great personality with a professional manner and appearance
- Enjoy being part of a positive goal oriented team
- Passionate advocate for 0 to 6 year olds
- Working knowledge of EYLF
- Working knowledge of NQS

Highly desirable:
- Management qualification (Diploma/Degree)
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood, equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
