With available positions for Educators who have experience working in a large outdoor environment, and a philosophy of nature play, we would love to see how we can support you in your Early Childhood career.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care for children
- Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
- Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning setting
- Assist children with personal hygiene routines
About you
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate in an Education & Care Setting
- Current Working with Children Check
- Good knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other educators
- Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
