You’ll play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality food across our Restaurants and Room Service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef looking to further develop their skills in a rapid-paced airport hotel environment.

What you'll do:

- Prepare and deliver consistently high-quality dishes across all service periods
- Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Assist in guiding and supporting junior members of the kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or an experienced Demi Chef/Commis Chef ready to take the next step
- Experience working in a high-volume,



fast-paced kitchen, preferably within a hotel environment
- A genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate confidently with colleagues
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights
