We're offering a Full Time contract (minimum 38hrs) with hourly pay where you are paid for every single hour you are at work, + all applicable penalties. What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years in a high-end or fine dining kitchen
- Proven technical skills,



and strong on prep and service
- Confidence working with seasonal produce and modern techniques
- Cool under pressure with great communication skills
- Available nights and weekends
- Full Australian working rights
