Frenzy Park is an exciting entertainment destination, and our café serves up delicious casual dining favorites, including pizza, burgers, nuggets, and more. We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, efficient service, and a great dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and service.
- Develop and maintain high-quality menu items, including pizzas, burgers, nuggets, and other offerings.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage inventory, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with management to introduce recent menu items and improve efficiency.




- Ensure consistency in food presentation and portion sizes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen staff in a fast-paced café or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of casual dining, including pizza, burgers, and fried foods.
- Ability to lead a team and train staff effectively.
- Understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
