We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable and passionate Wok and Fryer chef to join our quick paced kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has excellent time management skills, and takes pride in producing consistently high quality food.

Working in a busy modern Asian cuisine restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes using the wok or deep fryer while maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items using wok burners and commercial deep. fryers
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to recipe specifications and presentation standards
- Work efficiently during high volume service periods while maintaining consistency and quality
- Organise and manage your section to ensure smooth service
- Assist with food preparation and stock rotation
- Follow food safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience working in a high volume commercial kitchen ( 1 year minimum)
- Experience using commercial wok burners/ and or deep fryers (Preferred)
- Excellent organisation and multi tasking
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $83,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
