We are looking for experienced chefs to join our two iconic pubs in Wandiligong and Harrietville!

The Wandi Pub is an integral part of the Wandiligong/Bright community, with a rich history in the area. The Snowline Hotel – another iconic pub situated at the base of Mt Hotham - has been closed for renovations for some time and is about to reopen.

We are seeking hard-working chefs that are ready to become a part of our venues in the Alpine Region.

Main Duties

- Producing the highest quality meals for patrons at all times

- Ensuring kitchen is adequately prepped for service

- Close monitoring of ingredient and stock levels

- Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen at all times

- Coordination of other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth food service shift

- Assisting Venue and General Managers with menu design, changes and implementation





What you bring

- You are qualified chef with experience
- A hard-working attitude

- Ability to work well under pressure is crucial
- A detailed understanding of food safety standards

- Solid communication skills and emotional intelligence

Other details

- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, this position requires night, weekend and public holiday work

- Remuneration is based on experience

- Accommodation assistance will be available for the right candidate in the Bright area
