Care Worker, Community Aged Care

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide personalised in‐home support services in line with individual care plans, including personal care, light domestic cleaning, meal preparation and travel.
n
- Follow care plans, keep the team updated on client health and wellbeing, and report any changes or concerns.
n
- Organise own workload and complete tasks within the time allocated.
n
- Build respectful, person‐centred relationships with clients and their families.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Previous experience in aged, home or community care (desirable).
n
- A proactive, solution‐focused mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
n
- Strong reliability, honesty, a positive attitude and a commitment to protected work practices and professional boundaries.
n
- Physical capacity to perform manual tasks required in the role.
n

n

Successful applicants will also have

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
n
- National Police check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current unrestricted driver's licence.
n
- Your own registered and comprehensively insured car.
n
- Current flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
n




- Right to work in Australia.
n

Employment details

- Perm part‐time: Minimum 20 hours per fortnight (may become casual).
n
- Locations: North, South, East, and West Adelaide.
n
- Use of own car with reimbursement at 99¢/km.
n
- Contract: Expression of Interest – vacancies will be offered when positions open.
n
