Commercial Lawyer opening with a thriving boutique Sydney CBD commercial law firm. You'll dive into a range of advisory work, catering to Australian and international clients, including major corporations, non-profit organizations, and high-profile individuals with multi-billion-dollar portfolios.

About the position:

You will be working closely with Partners and taking the lead on complex matters and dealing directly with some of our key high-profile clients both locally and internationally on:

- Asset and Share Sales and Acquisitions
- Investment Agreements
- Joint Ventures
- Corporate Structuring including high value, complex shareholder and unitholder arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating loan and security documents
- Drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements
- $90,000 - $150,000 DOE

Requirements:

- 2 years + PAE in commercial law in private practice
- Be confident in providing sound commercial advice and be a decision maker.
