We're looking for anengaging and results-drivenStore Managerto oversee operations atVinnies store in Dulwich Hill. Workingfull-time, you will take central role in ensuring the store continues to grow in a competitive retail environment. You will be a model for providing great customer service; and your effective overall leadership skills are crucial to your success in this role.

Your Responsibility
n
n
- Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
n
- Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer,
every time
n
- Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
n
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
n
- Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
n
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
n
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
n
- Use the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store
n
n
You Will Need
n
n
- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
n
- Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
n
- Strong focus on customer experience
n
- Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching
n
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
n
n
