Senior Manager Human Resources APAC, Certified Clifton Strengths Coach
n
The project managers are part of the Delivery Management practice within the Professional Services organisation. The key objectives of this team are:
n
n
- Ensuring successful & consistent delivery of FICO Software/solutions to customers in every industry.
n
- Effectively manage commercials by securing committed revenue & maintain healthy margins.
n
- Effective change management to secure additional revenue for the organization.
n
n
As a Project Manager within our Professional Services team, you will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice, help implement best practice and new methodologies, and help our organization to deliver projects as per agreed scope, schedule & budget ensuring higher revenue & maintain healthy margins for the organization.
n
Our Project Managers manages a diverse portfolio of customers and projects that will vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case in general across their entire.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Successful project implementation by using project management best practices & methodologies and effective Technical Delivery Management skills.
n
- Manage a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal & external)
n
- Good understanding of FICO products to be able to converse with the client in a knowledgeable and confident manner.
n
- Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
n
- Interpret different commercial and contractual terms and manage the project as per agreed terms & conditions of the contract.
n
- Support Country Services leaders, Practice Leads and Sales teams on pre- sales activity and proposals (incl. Statements of Work approvals/ Project Management estimates)
n
- Adhere to PMO Governance & Project Reporting using Project management tools.
n
n
Experience & Qualifications
n
n
- Overall 15+ years of experience, 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience
n
- Worked in a reputable Bank, System Integrators (SI), Product Company (like FICO) and/or Software Organizations.
n
- Software implementation experience in Project Management/Technical Delivery Management.
n
- Should have delivered end-2-end large / medium software projects using Waterfall & Agile Methodology
n
- Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.
n
- Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
n
- Experience in delivering Cloud based implementations & On-Perm solutions.
n
- Experience working on On-Shore / Off-Shore model.
n
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
n
- PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
n
- Willing to travel (up to 10%).
n
n

- Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with a strong prioritization and time management.
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
n
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
n
- Availability, on occasions, to work outside of New Zealand/Australia business hours as teams could be off-shore.
n
- Ability to function effectively in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
- Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
n
- Highly collaborative approach to build, manage and motivate project teams spread across Geographies, Department and Organizations (Clients and Partners)
