You'll work closely with senior leadership and a passionate internal team, playing a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service
n
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through trust and communication
n
- Identify opportunities to add value and ensure client needs are proactively met
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions
n
- Represent the business at client functions, events, and networking opportunities
n

About You:

n

You'll be an engaging communicator with a natural ability to build rapport, backed by strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

n

You will bring:

- 3+ years' experience in client relationship management, account management, or a client-facing role
n




- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Strong organisational ability with a focus on detail and follow-through
n
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to identify and develop opportunities
n
- A collaborative, team-first approach with a genuine client-care ethos
n

Please note: This is a full time, in-office role based Monday to Friday. Australian Citizenship or PR is required.
