We're looking for an experienced compliance professional to focus on privacy, consumer credit and financial services regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities
n

- Compliance Advice: Act as a compliance SME, providing advice to Pepper Money's business units, responding to ad-hoc requests, and supporting business projects with regulatory obligations and customer experience in mind.
n
- Review of Marketing Material: Review promotional, marketing materials and customer communications.
n
- Incident Management: Assess incidents for compliance with regulatory obligations including consumer credit and privacy requirements.
n
- Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of reporting to senior management and other stakeholders.

About you
n
n
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide commercial compliance advice to influence decision-making at all levels.
n
- Technical Know-How: Strong Financial Services regulatory knowledge with understanding of relevant laws and industry standards including consumer credit and privacy.
n
- Reporting: Experience preparing internal and external reporting.
n
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
n
- Experience:
5 years' experience providing compliance advice on regulatory frameworks for financial services firms, including reviewing marketing and customer communications and managing compliance incidents.
