Location: Bankstown, NSW (Hybrid work arrangement)

We're looking for a driven, people-focused HR professional with strong leadership experience to join the team. Industry background in healthcare would be ideal but is not essential.

About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the HR Manager will lead all areas of human resources, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives.

n

This is an excellent prospect for a motivated HR professional who wants to take ownership of the HR function, lead a small team, and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
n
- Lead and mentor a team of three HR Coordinators
n




- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
n
- Lead performance review processes and support performance improvement where needed
n
- Maintain and update contracts, policies, and employee records
n
- Drive engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
n
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and other relevant legislation
n
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
n
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights for workforce planning
n

About You

n

n
- 3–5 years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role
n
- Proven leadership experience and ability to coach and develop a small team
n
- Strong understanding of Fair Work and Australian employment law
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem‐solving ability
n
- A proactive, hands‐on approach and passion for people and culture
n
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
n
