Job Description
Responsibilities
n
n
- Achieve individual and team sales goals by providing excellent experience to clients.
n
- Support store daily operations (maintain store appearance, inventory management and after‐sales follow‐up etc.)
n
- Build up and maintain a positive relationship with our clients.
n
- Assist to coordinate local events and maintain the brand standards.
n
- Collect payments and check cash balance upon store closing.
n
- Carry out stock checks as requested by the manager.
n
- Report on customer complaints, defective merchandises or returned merchandised, and parallel marketers' activities.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
- Sales experience in luxurious or retail sales experience is preferred.
n
- Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill.
n
- Self‐motivated, mature and good team‐player.
n
