We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Assistant to join our team at our Toowoomba Corporate Office. This is a Full Time Monday to Friday position. You'll be a key part of our online sales team, helping customers find the right parts and ensuring every transaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do

n

Process online sales orders, invoicing, and customer communications through various e-commerce channels

n

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone and online messaging platforms to assist them in finding the right products for their machinery

n

Identify and interpret machinery and parts requirements, including make, model, year, and manufacturer specifications

n

Explain product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions

n

Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers

n

Provide tracking information and order updates to customers both online and directly

n

Process returns, refunds,



and related customer requests

n

Maintain and update product listings, ensuring information is current, accurate and compelling

n

What We're Looking For

n

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse customers

n

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building customer relationships

n

Proficiency with computer systems, e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office applications with confidence learning new systems and software quickly

n

Sales experience or an interest in agricultural machinery and parts (advantageous but not essential)

n

Excellent time management and organisational skills

n

Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry

n

The ability to work independently, use initiative, and perform well under pressure

n

Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to take initiative
