Our client is a privately-owned Water Treatment specialist, who have a stronghold in the South East of England. They are seeking a well‐rounded Water Treatment / Plumbing Engineer to cover contracts in and around the M25. The ideal applicant will have a strong work history and great interpersonal skills, in order to deliver high levels of customer service. The company is growing and is looking for individuals who would like to join a forward‐thinking company. Salaries and perks on offer are attractive.

Locations of work include: Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Dartford, Gravesend, Epsom, Sutton, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Slough, Southall, Ilford, Romford, Enfield, Billericay, Basildon, Harlow, St Albans, Watford, Cheshunt, Chigwell, Mitcham, Ascot, Bracknell, Reading, Guildford, High Wycombe, Maidstone.

Experience / Qualifications

n

n
- Must have experience working as a Water Treatment / Plumbing Engineer within a well-established outfit
n
- Qualified with the Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing as a minimum
n
- It would be beneficial to hold the G3 ticket
n
- Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
n




- Good literacy and numeracy skills
n
- Hardworking attitude

- Strong client‐facing experience

The Role

n

- Undertaking a range of ACOP L8 compliance and remedial duties
n
- TMV servicing and replacements
n
- Deadleg removals
n
- Valve replacements
n
- Tank refurbishments and installations
n
- Cleans & disinfections on cold water storage tanks
n
- Chlorinations
n
- Mains injections
n
- Systems flushing
n
- Producing regular service reports
n
- Working to agreed deadlines
n
