Join a rapidly expanding dealership representing four exciting and fast-growing automotive brands – Nissan, Suzuki, GAC and an upcoming brand. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our leadership team and help drive the success of our dealership.

About the Role

n

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you'll support the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across the four brands. This is a hands‐on leadership role that combines customer‐facing sales expertise with behind‐the‐scenes operational support.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support day‐to‐day operations of the dealership
n
- Assist in coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve KPIs
n
- Ensure online listings and vehicle presentation meet brand standards
n
- Assist the Sales Manager with stock control
n
- Support marketing campaigns and brand activations
n
- Step up in the absence of the Sales Manager to ensure business continuity
n

What You'll Bring to the Role

n

- Previous success in automotive sales, ideally in a senior consultant or 2IC role
n




- A passion for innovative vehicle brands and cutting‐edge technology
n
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n
- Proven ability to motivate a team and drive performance
n
- Organisational strength with an eye for detail
n
- Familiarity with dealership CRMs and online sales tools
n
- A current and valid driver's licence (essential)
