Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Your new role
n
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you will take ownership of project performance across safety, programme, budget and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing projects valued from $3M+
n
- End-to-end project delivery and planning
n
- Financial management, budgeting and forecasting
n
- Contract administration and compliance
n
- Client and stakeholder management
n
- Procurement and subcontractor management
n
- Programme development and project reporting
n
- Leading project teams and coordinating site delivery
n
- Managing project quality, safety and risk outcomes
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
n
- Experience delivering projects valued above $3M
n
- Exposure across new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects
n
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- Experience working for a head contractor environment
n
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline
n
