Job Description
Job Summary
n

- End Date: 6 months initially, with intention to extend to 18 Months
n
- Candidate Location Requirements: Sydney and melbourne
n
- Daily Schedule & OT estimate: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
n
n
ADMINISTRATOR
n
The admin's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
n
n
- Act as a point of contact, and subject matter expert, for all Core administrative needs for team members across Australia sites.
n
- Coordinate with team admins to assist with new hire onboarding and employee departures.
n
- Manage seating maps and support individual and group seating requests.
n
- Work with administrative staff across Core to help plan and coordinate larger group meetings and morale events.
n
- Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent experiences.
n
- Anticipate needs; make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of onsite team leaders based on understanding of the various business group priorities.
n
- Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures.
n
- Be detail oriented and have consistent and timely follow-through to ensure successful outcomes.
n
- Develop and maintain on-site processes and improvements.
n
n

- Communicate effectively to team and other admins

- Onboarding will include two buddies – very supportive team
n

Candidate Requirements
n
n
- Strong communication – both written and spoken
n
- Tech industry background – 2-3 years' admin as a good foundation
n
- Ability to embrace ambiguity
n
- Comparable position titles: Business Administrator, Office Manager. HR Admin,
n
- Robust organizational skills
n
- Robust attention to detail
n
- Flexibility and willing to prioritize learning
n
