I'm currently building a talent pool of experienced Foreman, Site Supervisors, and Construction Professionals for upcoming projects across the Mid-North Coast region. - Oversee and support day-to-day site operations

- Coordinate trades, labour, and subcontractors on-site
n
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and short-term programming

- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
n
- Maintain and promote robust WHS compliance and site safety culture
n

What I'm looking for
n
n
- Proven experience in construction projects (Foreman, Supervisor, or similar roles)
n
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
n
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
- Trade background or relevant hands‐on construction experience
n
- Valid White Card (essential)
n
