What You'll Do
- Lead safety strategy and performance across the Client portfolios
- Drive a proactive, accountable safety culture
- Conduct national audits, inspections and assurance activities
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Manage contractor and trade safety performance
- Identify emerging risks and implement preventative controls
- Analyse safety data and provide meaningful insights to leadership
- Partner with Modus stakeholders
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced safety leader with:
- 5+ years' experience in a senior WHS/OHS/HSSEQ role
- Relevant WHS/OHS qualification
- Strong experience across facilities maintenance, construction, trade services or high-volume service environments
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or national portfolios
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and contemporary safety practices
- Proven experience with audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Strong contractor safety and governance experience
- Confidence influencing operational and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, reporting and analytical skills
