THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Winslow Constructors team based in the South Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne Victoria.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:
Manage residential and commercial land development projects
Manage and respond to tenders for new residential and sub-division construction projects
Guide a team of junior engineers assigned to your projects
Lead project compliance in accordance with the Business Management System
Oversee project planning and programming tasks
Manage and build client and subcontractor relationships
Deliver projects in conjunction with the field supervisory team
Review and act on performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates
Mitigate and act on project performance issues
Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly
Oversee the procurement of plant, equipment and material for projects
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
As a tertiary qualified civil engineer, you will have:
Sound Experience in Civil construction
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
A white card
Working rights in Australia
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver licence
