Working within a collaborative and supportive finance team, you'll gain experience across Accounts Payable and Credit Control, supporting a complex business while building strong foundations in transactional accounting.

The Role
n
As a Graduate Accounts Officer, you'll receive full training while taking ownership of a variety of finance responsibilities, including:
n

- Processing high-volume supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
n
- Matching purchase orders, invoices and receipts
n
- Preparing payment runs and reconciling supplier statements
n
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships
n
- Following up outstanding customer accounts via phone and email
n
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
n
- Assisting with account investigations and resolving discrepancies
n
- Supporting month‐end processes and reconciliations
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities
n
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
n
n

You'll ideally have
n
n
- A recent degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline or experience in an admin role processing invoices etc
n
- Strong communication skills and a skilled approach
n
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
n
- The ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
n
- Previous administration, customer service or finance experience (desirable but not essential)
n
