Previous experience working in high volume and fast paced venues is necessary.

Breakfast and lunch experience essential.

Mazi Brighton Cafe is located in the heart of Brighton. Our fully licensed cafe offers a creative breakfast and lunch menu in a beautiful venue.

The ideal applicant must have:

- Previous experience working in high volume and quick paced cafes.

- Attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of food is produced consistently.

- The capability of working with a team environment.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a busy cafe

- Day shifts only no nights. Must be reliable. Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday
