Responsibilities: Prepare and deep-fry chicken, seafood, vegetables and other menu items Maintain consistent food quality and presentation Prepare ingredients and assist with kitchen duties Keep the fryer and work area clean and organised Follow food safety and hygiene requirements Work efficiently during busy service periods Work well as part of a team
