Chief Operating Officer opportunity (full P&L; responsibility), leading Industrial Services business

- Critical leadership role, Industrial Services, High Growth Setting.

- Multi-service offering: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire.

- Direct report to CEO.

We have been retained to find and appoint a Chief Operating Officer for an exciting Industrial Services business with a leading reputation. The business has a strong ambition to scale rapidly in existing markets and geographies, as well as through service line expansion and value creation activity.

As COO, you will report to the CEO and play a pivotal role in the business with significant autonomy and strategic influence.

To be considered for this position, you should have the following profile:

- A proven track record as a Chief Operating Officer or General Manager in a growing Industrial Services Business.

- Demonstrated strategy development and commercial capability,



helping to scale a business, growing revenue and profitability.

- Operating empathy and ability to drive operating excellence in field services environment.

- Solid leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals across Sales, Finance and Operations.

- A hands-on style and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Must hold current working rights in Australia.
