KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

- Lead content creation: Strategise, create, and edit engaging, on-brand content (with a strong emphasis on high-performing video and polished static imagery) thatu2019s in line with our brand aesthetic
n
- Drive trends & strategy: Proactively identify and leverage the latest trends, sounds, and content formats. Contribute to planning and managing a dynamic social media calendar that incorporates key events and aligns with our overall brand strategy
n
- Visual storytelling: Deliver high-quality, visually stunning and on brand graphics for IG stories, posts and other marketing channels like email
n
- Cultivate community: Drive initiatives to grow and foster a delightful brand experience with our community. Assist with managing online interactions through prompt replies to comments, DMs and occasionally customer service emails.

- Channel ownership: Take ownership of optimising and growing new and existing channels to drive brand discovery and engagement

WHO YOU ARE

n

You're a social media and content powerhouse who has:

n

n
- Proven experience in a social media, content creation, or digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work
n
- A deep, intuitive understanding of Instagram, TikTok (Pinterest and YouTube are a bonus), and how to drive organic growth
n
- Your finger on the pulse when it comes to all things: social media, trends, pop culture, and Gen-Z culture, with the ability to translate these into actionable content ideas
n
- An exceptional eye for visual aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail, consistently producing polished and on-brand visuals
n




- Excellent video and photo editing skills, with demonstrable proficiency in CapCut, Lightroom, Canva and other relevant tools
n
- High proficiency in capturing high-quality content using an iPhone. Camera skills are a solid bonus
n
- Excellent written skills with an ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that embodies our brand voice
n
- Strong organisational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams independently
n
- A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude, with a willingness to be nimble, a continuous learner, and an all-rounder when needed!

LOCATION, HOURS & PAY

- Location: Melbourne-based role
n
- This is an in-office role, requiring you to work from our Richmond/ Camberwell location for both scheduled days
n
- Hours: This is a part-time role requiring 2 full days per week
n
- Pay: Pay will be based on experience
n
