We're looking for a confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic Casual Telemarketer to join our team and help drive new business opportunities.

This is a casual position, with 10+ hours per week available, based from our beautiful office in Manly, overlooking the waterfront. If you enjoy chatting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.

- Introduce our services in a professional, engaging, and confident manner.
n
- Identify potential opportunities by qualifying leads and understanding client needs.
n
- Book appointments and meetings for our sales team.
n
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM.
n
- Conduct follow-up calls where required.
n
- Work towards agreed call activity and appointment booking targets.

- Has a friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.

- Enjoys talking to people and building rapport.
n
- Is self-motivated, organised, and reliable.
n
- Has strong communication skills and attention to detail.
n
- Previous telemarketing, sales, customer service, or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
