An exciting opportunity has become available for a VR General Practitioner to join a long-established, doctor-owned practice in Narre Warren South. With a respected long-term GP moving on, you'll inherit an existing patient base and join a collaborative team that genuinely values its doctors. You'll provide quality patient care with complete clinical autonomy in a supportive and collaborative environment where GPs are respected, valued and trusted to practice medicine their way.

Key responsibilities

- Provide general practitioner services to an established patient base
- Deliver quality patient care with clinical autonomy

About you

- Interest in Women's Health
- Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner
- Current AHPRA registration
- RACGP and/or ACRRM Fellowship




- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Looking for a long-term professional home
- Busy, well-established practice
- Flexible 2–5-day roster
- Complete clinical autonomy
- Experienced nursing, reception and management support
- Up-to-date accredited practice with onsite allied health and pathology
- Versatile service fee arrangements
- Retention incentives, with potential performance bonuses after 12 months
