About the Role

n

As an Experienced Barista,



you will be responsible for preparing consistently high-quality coffee while delivering excellent customer service. You will also support the team with front-of-house duties and, if you have kitchen experience, assist with food preparation during busy periods.

n

This is a hands-on role in a busy café where no two days are the same.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
n
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
n
- Take customer orders and process payments.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
n
- Dial in grinders and maintain coffee quality to Stellarossa standards.
n
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
n
- Support fellow team members during busy service periods.
n
- Restock café supplies and maintain stock levels.
n
- Assist in the kitchen with food preparation if experienced.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience.
n
- Confidence in preparing consistently excellent coffee.
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Reliable, positive, and motivated attitude.
n
- Weekend availability is essential.
n
- Kitchen or café cooking experience is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
n
- Ability to work across multiple areas of the café as an all-rounder.
n
