n This 12-month Vet Director opportunity (maternity leave cover, flexible start date) is your chance to step into a leadership role where you can shape the clinic culture, develop your team, and drive clinical standards—all while maintaining work-life balance.

What You Will Donn
- Lead and mentor your veterinary and nursing team, fostering a supportive and high-performing clinic culture.

- Oversee clinical standards and ensure high standard patient care.

- Provide GP consults, routine surgeries, and dental care.
n
- Drive clinic initiatives while developing your own clinical interests.
n

What You Will Bringnn
- A recognised BVSc or DVM degree (AVBC accredited).

- Demonstrated confidence in GP consults and routine procedures.

- A passion for leadership and mentoring, with a collaborative approach.

- The drive to uphold and grow clinical standards within a thriving clinic.
