Warehouse Manager (Whip this department into shape!)

Your biggest strength as a Warehouse Manager is your organisational skills. You’re excellent at keeping track of maintenance/servicing schedules as well as inventory & usage etc.

You’re incredibly proactive and always have a plan for what’s next and work hard to avoid having to work reactively or urgently.

You’re flexible and great at managing priorities. You don't get flustered or say “that's not my job” - you figure out what needs to happen and get it sorted.

You’re hands on in nature and at the end of it all you will do whatever is needed to get production up and running.

This role is Warehouse Manager across Novus Precast Solutions and Aptus Systems, part of the M3S Group in Toowoomba.

Up til now this role has been split up and partly done by several different (very busy) managers and the role is so vital that they’re ready to have their first Warehouse Manager.

You’ll own the warehouse, stock control, equipment and asset registers, servicing schedules, consumables and general production readiness across the two neighbouring operations.

Put simply, your job is to keep production moving at the lowest realistic cost.

The impact this role will make cannot be understated - a proper person over this area controlling spend & resources will save money and reduce down time, which increases production, improves timelines and helps everyone sleep better at night.

The role is based in Toowoomba and is a full-time position. We aim to provide flexibility around your working hours (keeping close to regular office hours where possible), but there will almost certainly be reasonable additional hours needed to keep things moving, particularly in the early stages as you find your feet, build relationships and put strong processes in place. We're looking for someone who enjoys that level of ownership and takes pride in seeing things through.
