An exciting chance has arisen for a paralegal to join our expanding Insurance Team, working predominantly on Workers' Compensation and Compulsory Third Party insurance claims.

The team is overseen by Laura Angel , a leading lawyer in the insurance sector in Western Australia.
n
The role would suit someone with solid experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury or insurance litigation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Working hours can be within school hours, 4-5 days per week.

Key Tasks
n
You will be working to principally to support the lawyers in the Insurance Team. Your tasks will include:
n

- Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
n
- Liaising with clients, witnesses, counsel & other service providers
n
- Doing dictation transcription and word processing
n
- Electronic filing of court documents
n
- Conducting legal researchManaging or supporting the preparation of bills
n
- Arranging internal & external meetings and conferences for lawyers
n
- Managing task lists
n
