This award leading Occupational Rehabilitation provider in Regional Victoria specialises in the management of workplace injuries with a detailed focus on early intervention. What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders,
providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
