About the Role
n
This role is classified as Level 2 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement (with a base salary range of $68,239 - $87,836 + super + comms). The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.
n
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our Media Sales team to continue to drive and implement SBS Media's sales strategy. Reporting to the National Manager Audio Sales and LOTE Media (who is based in Sydney), the primary responsibility for this role is to sell advertising across the SBS Audio platforms to Melbourne advertising agency's and Direct clients.

About you
n
You will currently be working as a Sales Executive within the media industry; you will have a record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, understanding your clients' marketing challenges and proactively working with colleagues and clients to provide effective solutions. You will be a self starter, who can take initiative and work autonomously.
n
In addition, you will have:
n
n
- Excellent Senior relationships within the Melbourne agency/media market
n
- Previous experience in the media industry 3-5+years
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a range of situations and cultures
n
- Strong negotiation skills and superior presentation skills
n
- A desire to work with clients targeting Australia's multicultural communities
n
n
